You do not need a PayPal account to use a credit card Via PayPal. If you prefer not to use PayPal to pay by credit card, please contact us and we will Email you our Credit Card authorization form, The form can be scanned and E-Mailed Back to us or Mailed back to us.
If you wish to pay via check or money order you must contact us prior to making a purchase, please note paying by check or money order will increase shipping time. If you pay by check, items will not be shipped until your check has cleared. there is a $35.00 NSF fee for returned checks.
For all online payments please make your payment with in 48 hours after checking out, Items are not considered sold and will not be shipped or removed from the website until payment is received. As a result, if you do not pay for an item at the time you order it, it is possible that some one else may pay for that item first, you will be sent an E-mail should this happen, and a refund should you make your payment after the item is sold.
Orders not payed for within 3 days will be removed.
Shipping :
We strive to ship via the most cost effective means in the hopes of keeping the cost of shipping low, as a result, most Items are shipped via USPS first class or priority Flat rate.
We drop off Items to the shipping provider within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving cleared payment. Customers in the USA should expect to receive their items within 7 - 10 business days, International customers should receive there items with in 14 - 20 days. Shipping charges do not include any import fees or taxes that may be charged by your country's customs department.
Combined Shipping :
Should you purchase more than one item from us within 24 hours we will do our best to combined shipping on the items, however in some cases it is cheaper to ship the items separately. Also it is possible that if you did not make the purchases at the same time that we may have already shipped the first purchase in which case we would be unable to attempt to combined shipping.
Local Pick up :
Unfortunately we are an online only company and do not have brick and mortar store so we are unable to provide local pickup at this time.
Returns :
Unless otherwise stated in the Ad, if you are not happy with any product(s) you have purchased from us you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price within the first seven (7) days, please contact us for return authorization number, returns with out a RA number will not be accepted. Any item(s) returned after 7 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns must be unopened in the original packaging, opened returns that are not defective will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Shipping insurance and tracking:
Our shipping and handling charges do not include insurance or tracking, if you require shipping insurance or a tracking number please let us know (additional fees may apply).
Shipping refunds :
While we understand that you would like a Full refund including the shipping and handling, we are unable to refund shipping charges, if you have a defective item that you want replaced, we will gladly pay the shipping to send the item back to you.
for comparison : If you make a purchase from Wal-Mart or K-Mart, and you return it, they are unable to pay you for the gas you used, or the time you spent to pickup the item the fist time, or to return it, the same is true for shipped items, we can not refund shipping charges.
Refunds are issued once the Item has been returned to us, please allow up to 2 weeks for credit to be issued.
Damages :
If possible please inspect the item prior to accepting it and notify the the shipper of any damage, otherwise please notify us as quickly as possible, we will do our best to resolve the problem. If we are unable to resolve the problem we will gladly refund you the purchase price of the item.
